The La Crosse County Solid Waste Department, an SEH client, became the first publicly-owned solid waste disposal system to join Wisconsin’s innovative Green Tier program.


SEH of Indiana, LLC, a subsidiary of SEH, and the Hammond Port Authority were the recent recipients of a 2011 ACEC Indiana Honor Award for their Wolf Lake Memorial Park Pavilion project.


The Minnesota Society of Professional Engineers (MSPE) awarded SEH and the University of Minnesota a 2011 Seven Wonders of Engineering award for its design and construction support of the Pleasant Street Storm Sewer and Chilled Water Line Improvements on the University of Minnesota campus.

The employee-owned, engineering/architecture firm of SEH recently added two engineering experts to its operations in southern Minnesota.


Officials from the City of Hammond, Indiana, and the Northwest Indiana Regional Development Authority (RDA) celebrated completion of the Wolf Lake Festival Pavilion as part of the opening ceremonies for Hammond's annual midsummer Festival of the Lakes.


The Minnesota Chapter of the American Planning Association (MnAPA) awarded SEH with a Merit Award for the firm’s “Tower Harbor Master Plan and Design Standards” project.


Solutions for Water Quality that Go Beyond the Study

Healthy lakes and rivers provide us clean drinking water, areas for recreation, and economic opportunities. Keeping our waters clean is an ongoing, and often complex, process. SEH provides full services to maintain water quality and restore impaired waters through its Clean Water Initiative.


The Transportation Revolving Loan Fund provides funding to state, local and other government entities. Eligible transportation costs include but not limited to: pre-design studies; acquisition of right-of-way; road and bridge maintenance, repair, improvement, or construction; enhancement items; rail and air safety projects; and transit capital projects.


The Contamination Investigation and Cleanup Grant Program help communities with site investigation and cleanup costs necessary to implement Response Action Plans (RAPs).

Funds Available: Up to 75% of project costs
