The Redevelopment Grant Programs helps communities with costs of land acquisition, demolition, infrastructure improvements, soil stabilization, ponding/other environmental infrastructure and adaptive reuse of buildings.

Eligible Applicants: Cities, counties, port authorities, housing and redevelopment authorities, and economic development authorities


The Greater Minnesota Business Development Infrastructure Program helps stimulate publicly owned infrastructure that supports new economic development projects, including wastewater collection and treatment, drinking water, storm sewers, utility extensions, and streets


The Small Cities Development Program helps cities and counties with funding for housing and commercial rehabilitation, public facilities and/or new housing construction

Eligible Applicants: Cities less than 50,000 residents and counties less than 200,000 residents
