The 4th Street Bridge Utilities Relocation project, completed by SEH for the City of Tomahawk, Wisconsin, was named a winner in Engineering News-Record magazine’s 2012 Best of the Midwest project competition.


The City Engineers Association of Minnesota (CEAM) awarded SEH with the prestigious “2011 Project of the Year Award” on Jan. 25, 2012 for the innovative and successful “Trunk Water Main Pipe Rehabilitation Project”.


The Transportation Revolving Loan Fund provides funding to state, local and other government entities. Eligible transportation costs include but not limited to: pre-design studies; acquisition of right-of-way; road and bridge maintenance, repair, improvement, or construction; enhancement items; rail and air safety projects; and transit capital projects.


The Redevelopment Grant Programs helps communities with costs of land acquisition, demolition, infrastructure improvements, soil stabilization, ponding/other environmental infrastructure and adaptive reuse of buildings.

Eligible Applicants: Cities, counties, port authorities, housing and redevelopment authorities, and economic development authorities


The Greater Minnesota Business Development Infrastructure Program helps stimulate publicly owned infrastructure that supports new economic development projects, including wastewater collection and treatment, drinking water, storm sewers, utility extensions, and streets
