City Unveils Design for New Office Building, Seen as Catalyst for Downtown and Riverfront Redevelopment

Designs for a new two-story, 21,000 sq. ft office building to be constructed at the gateway to Chippewa Fall’s downtown and riverfront were unveiled by Mayor Greg Hoffman and the City Council on Tuesday night.
