SEH offers a full range of services to communities, counties and economic development organizations across the midwest. This includes economic development planning, industrial park development, brownfield reuse, revolving loan fund management, enterprise zone consulting tax incremental district creation, site incentive negotiation and grant writing.

SEH Community Development Specialists have identified funding assistance programs for these street and utility projects.

Section 154 Program: Environmental Infrastructure Assistance

SEH staff have assisted multiple sustainability and renewable energy projects, including grants, business plans, benefit/cost analysis, and due diligence analysis. In addition, SEH staff have presented at conferences and prepared funding analysis, as well as written grants for the following agencies:

Fall 2010 grant program allows rural communities to hire a student to work on a project defined by those communities. Approved projects will run from August 30, 2010 to January 12, 2011.
