The Redevelopment Grant Programs helps communities with costs of land acquisition, demolition, infrastructure improvements, soil stabilization, ponding/other environmental infrastructure and adaptive reuse of buildings.

Eligible Applicants: Cities, counties, port authorities, housing and redevelopment authorities, and economic development authorities

Funds Available: 50% of eligible costs

Restrictions: Grant money can only be used on items that will remain in public ownership

Deadline: February 1 and August 1 of each year
