The Small Cities Development Program helps cities and counties with funding for housing and commercial rehabilitation, public facilities and/or new housing construction

Eligible Applicants: Cities less than 50,000 residents and counties less than 200,000 residents

Funding Available: $600,000 single purpose or $1.4 million for two plus activities

Restrictions: Must benefit low to moderate income persons or eliminate slum and blight
