New Online Applications Help Clients
Manage Information More Efficiently
More than 12 organizations in Minnesota and Wisconsin use PermiTrackMS4, a new online application developed by SEH to monitor their National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit activities and submit their annual reports. PermiTrackMS4 is one of three new online applications developed by SEH to help manage information easily and economically via the SEH Client Access Point portal. Visit the SEH Client Access Point at www.portal.sehinc.com to see how these applications work:
- PermiTrackMS4, a web-based NPDES stormwater permit tracking application
- PermiTrackESC, a web-based, wireless application for tracking erosion and sediment control permits for contractors and municipalities
- DataView Online, a cost-effective, secure web-based GIS application for clients with limited information technology systems and budgets
Hear more about PermiTrack at the American Public Works Society (APWA) National Congress in Kansas City, Mo., this fall.
Contact Jason Sprague, SEH Project Director, at 612.758.6805 for additional information.
Electronic Delivery of Plans and Specs
Soon SEH will provide project plan and specification documents through an automated online distribution system. The process allows contractors to purchase and download bidding documents electronically, in addition to the traditional hard-copy process. Benefits include detailed project advertisements, retrievable plan holder information, project bid results, comprehensive list of current projects and more.
Click on the “bidding documents” link located in the upper right-hand corner of any page on the SEH website to view the projects out for bid and to take advantage of the many benefits of an automated online distribution system.
For more information, contact Peggy Mathies, SEH Electronic Document Project Manager, at 800.572.0617.
