The company will lease approximately 10,500 square feet in the Northland Building – formerly Duluth Business University – in the heart of downtown Duluth. SEH’s Duluth office anchors the company’s operations in northern Minnesota. The Minnesota-headquartered professional consulting firm, comprised of 750 engineers, architects, planners and scientists, ranks as one of the top 100 largest engineering firms in the nation by Engineering News Record (ENR). SEH opened its Duluth office in 1998 with 15 employees. In the span of five years, the Duluth office doubled in staff size and areas of expertise. The company focuses on civil engineering, surveying, environmental, transportation planning and design, and water resources projects.
