Two Nationally Recognized Professional Consulting Services Firms Merge

(DENVER)— Short Elliott Hendrickson (SEH®), a professional consulting services firm with six offices in the Rocky Mountain area and 24 offices across the Midwest, announced today the merger between its firm and Sellards & Grigg, Inc. (S&G), a Colorado-based engineering and surveying firm. The merger enhances SEH’s service offerings and expands its presence in the Western Region.

“SEH has had a presence in the Colorado area for approximately six years, providing an array of services such as architecture, aviation, transportation, water/wastewater and more,” President/CEO Mike Kraemer said. “With the addition of the S&G team, we can increase our service offerings, particularly in our Civil Group, and be that single-source professional consulting services firm we’re recognized for in our Central and Eastern regions.”

Established in 1968, S&G specializes in drainage and hydraulic design, land surveying, water resources, water and sewer utilities, and construction-related services. Projects for their special district, federal, and public- and private-sector clients extend across 30 states.

SEH will maintain S&G’s Lakewood office located at 390 Union Boulevard, Suite 630, Lakewood Colo., 80228, joining SEH's six other Western Region offices in Boulder, Denver, Fort Collins, Grand Junction and Pueblo, Colo., and Cheyenne, Wyo.
