SEH Announces Annual Stockholder Appointments

(MINNEAPOLIS) —Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH®), a professional consulting services firm comprised of more than 750 architects, engineers, scientists and planners throughout 30-plus offices in nine states, recently named five new firm stockholders. Each year, the employee-owned firm recognizes employees for their exceptional job performance, outstanding leadership abilities, and steady contribution toward the company’s financial growth by offering them additional stock options.
“Each of these individuals brings a unique contribution to SEH that helps the firm maintain its strategic direction and growing level of success. We are fortunate to have such a talented pool of candidates to choose from,” CEO/President Mike Kraemer said.

Bob Beaver, PE, joined SEH in 1994 and works within the firm’s Civil Group in Grand Rapids, Minn. Beaver serves in various roles, including Client Service Manager, Project Manager, and Branch Office Manager. He is also the appointed City Engineer for the cities of Deer River, Cohasset, Hill City, and Coleraine, Minn. He specializes in municipal engineering, specifically design, construction administration, project management and special assessments coordination activities for sanitary sewer collection systems, water distribution systems, streets, grading plans and site developments. Beaver is a University of Minnesota graduate with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

James Fraser, a Certified Public Accountant, serves as the firm’s Director of Finance. He joined SEH in 2001 and oversees the financial aspects of the firm’s various internal programs and legal entities. With a master’s degree in business administration, Fraser serves as a key financial advisor to the firm’s executive officers and supports strategic planning and other initiatives designed to enhance the firm’s operational effectiveness.

Kelly Henry, PWS, joined SEH’s St. Paul office in 1991 and serves as a Senior Environmental Scientist and as the Director of the Natural Resources Group. She specializes in project management, natural resources assessment and environmental review for development and improvement projects. With a master’s degree in ecology and a bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry, Henry has a wide range of expertise in various areas, including environmental reviews, impact assessments, wetlands, natural resources, and rare species. She is also experienced in wetland and water quality regulation and obtaining permits from federal, state and local wetland regulatory agencies.

Greg Johnson, PE, maintains several roles within the SEH Water and Wastewater Group, including Central Region Market Center Leader, Supervisor, and Project Manager. Johnson earned a master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota. He has 13 years of experience related to project planning, design, and construction administration of drinking water treatment, supply, storage, and distribution facilities. Joining the firm in 1997, Johnson is regionally recognized for his expertise in water treatment design, project management and exceptional leadership skills.

Paul Pasko, PE, received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and has more than 17 years of industry experience serving municipal clients. As a Project Manager in the firm’s Minnetonka, Minn., office, his responsibilities include preparing scoping level studies, feasibility studies, preliminary and final design; construction administration, observation, and staking; and project management for sanitary sewer collection systems, water distribution systems, grading and drainage, site development and engineering, and streets and roadways. Pasko joined SEH in 1996.
