In a first-of-its-kind project in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area, the Cities of Golden Valley, Fridley, and Hutchinson, Minn. joined forces in a Cooperative Project Agreement (CPA) for the rehabilitation of one mile of water main using class IV structural cured-in-place pipe lining (CIPP). By entering into the CPA and creating a volume of CIPP lining work, the Cities would receive the most competitive bids.

The La Crosse County Solid Waste Department, an SEH client, became the first publicly-owned solid waste disposal system to join Wisconsin’s innovative Green Tier program.
