Employee-Owners Elect Four Members to SEH Board of Directors

SEH named four new Board Members at their 2019 Annual Meeting held October 24.

The SEH Shareholders and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) members elected three internal candidates Chris Hiniker, Dave Simons, Paul Wells and external candidate Kristin Schultes to the SEH Board of Directors.

Chris Hiniker is a principal, project manager and leads the transportation planning group in the St. Paul, Minn. office. He joined SEH in 1988 and has 31 years of extensive experience in project management, public involvement and transportation planning. Chris currently serves on the Minnesota Transportation Alliance Board of Directors.

Dave Simons is a principal, client service manager and leads the civil practice in Wisconsin and Indiana. He joined SEH in 1989 and currently serves as the office manager at the New Richmond office. As an incumbent, he looks forward to serving SEH employee-owners for another three years.

Paul Wells is a principal, client service manager and project manager. He currently leads the highway, structural and traffic practice in Colorado and Wyoming. He joined SEH in 2013 and has more than 24 years of extensive experience in the transportation industry, particularly in the Colorado market.

Kristin Schultes is an external SEH board member and currently the President at Metropolitan Mechanical Contractors, Inc. (MMC). As a company president with chief financial operations experience and an entrepreneurial mindset, she provides strategic leadership for all areas of the business. Her board and organizational expertise are quite extensive and impressive.

The SEH Board of Directors provides policy and general business practice guidelines to the corporation and its officers.
