Engaging clients, building communities

Tom is committed to building better communities and working with elected officials to improve the quality of life and place throughout the state of Indiana. For him, that means listening to clients and their vision.

“Great projects happen when you work closely with clients to be a partner in achieving their vision,” said Tom. “They’re a byproduct of investing in our communities, developing trusted relationships and, most importantly, understanding our clients’ needs.”

Teaming with Shakeel Baig, Indiana transportation services leader

“Cicero’s primary focus will be on community development, transportation solutions, partnerships with public and private entities, and customer relations,” said Kerry Keith, President of SEH of Indiana. “He’ll also be working closely with Shakeel Baig in Indianapolis.”

Shakeel Baig, PE, has extensive INDOT professional experience. Paired with Tom’s client relationships, they are an energizing team.

A great home life builds a great work life

My biggest accomplishment, and what I am most proud of, is my family. I am very proud of the young men that my boys have grown to be and how they live their lives. My 33-year marriage to my beautiful wife, Mary Ann, is another great accomplishment. Without my family I could never have achieved all the things I have achieved in my professional life.

They married and moved to Rochester New York where he began working for the New York State DOT. After achieving his Professional Engineer’s license they moved back to Fort Wayne to work. He’s been in Indiana ever since.
