SEH Named Two New Class B Stockholders

The SEH Board of Directors named two new Company Class B Stockholders—Tom Henning, PE, CHMM and Mark Maves, PE.

They were selected based on their continuous commitment to the Company’s success and their sustained and successful job performance. They are successful leaders, risk takers, and are trusted and respected by clients and well-regarded by their peers.


Tom is a senior air quality engineer with more than 30 years of experience working in a variety of areas from project management, permit negotiations, regulatory compliance to air emission control. He has prepared more than 200 air permit applications, compliance evaluations and air dispersion modeling analyses for facilities located in Wisconsin. As a co-chair of the Federation of Environmental Technologists (FET) Air Quality Committee, Tom has led workshops and given technical presentations on new Wisconsin and federal air quality regulations.


Mark is a project manager/designer with more than 30 years of experience in the transportation industry – primarily in the areas of conceptual, preliminary and final bridge design for state departments of transportation, counties and cities. He is well known and respected by the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) Bridge Office and Highway Design staff and also by his peers in the regional and national consulting firms. Mark has strong technical knowledge and he understands and helps sell the diverse services of SEH to these clients.
