Star Tribune Names SEH a 2014 Top Workplace

June 16, 2016

SEH has been named one of the Top Workplaces in Minnesota by The Minneapolis Star Tribune. The Top Workplaces special section was published in the Star Tribune on Sunday, June 15, 2014.

Produced by the same team that compiles the 23-year-old Star Tribune 100 report of the best-performing public companies in Minnesota, Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction.

“Achieving the national standard of a top place to work is a step in the right direction and is evidence of how our employees are working together to continue with our vision of Building a Better World for All of Us®,” stated former SEH CEO/President Sam Claassen, PE. “The ranking is great news for our Company, our employees and ultimately for the clients we serve.”

The results of the Star Tribune Top Workplaces are based on survey information collected by WorkplaceDynamics, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. The analysis included responses from more than 58,000 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.

“The companies in the Star Tribune Top Workplaces deserve high praise for creating the very best work environments in the state of Minnesota,” Star Tribune Publisher Michael J. Klingensmith said. “My congratulations to each of these exceptional companies."
