River Forks Downtown Plan Update

Grand Forks and East Grand Forks
Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO)

The Downtown Plan is one element of the Comprehensive Plans for the Cities of Grand Forks and East Grand Forks. This plan also addresses the more specific long range Transportation Plan for the MPO. The MPO has retained the consulting team of SEH/Camiros/Maxfield Research/EAPC to assist both cities and the MPO to continue the momentum of downtown redevelopment and revitalization moving forward.
