Subdivision Ordinance
The Town has recently adopted a new Comprehensive Plan, and is now working on re-writing their Subdivision Ordinance. The work of the Land Use Committee to date has focused on the Conservation Subdivision Concept.

Road and Driveway Ordinance
The Town Road Committee has been working on updating the Road and Driveway Ordinance. Recent work has focused on adding a section on Private Roads. In addition, the Committee has developed a template for a Private Road Maintenance Agreement.
