In early 2009, St. Croix County, Wisconsin identified the need to develop a Long Range Facilities Plan.  In response, SEH was retained to perform a Facilities Planning Study for the County’s campuses in Hudson, New Richmond and Baldwin.  A 3-phase approach was developed:  Phase I (Research and Discovery) was completed in 2009.  Phase II (Facility Assessments) was completed in 2010.  Phase III (Implementation) is scheduled for completion in 2011.
