Work Completed

1. Aerators shut off - thanks David
2. Project Team Meeting #1
3. Public Meeting #1
4. Initial contacts with MnDOT to get monitoring data for P8 modeling efforts

Work in Progress

1. Data collection and evaluation - data from previous studies, storm system info from City, GIS data, etc.
2. Creating Project Webpage - this should be ready and running the week of April 23rd
3. Coordination with Tim/MPCA on getting monitoring/sampling equipment secured
4. Starting to work on updates to the P8 model

Work in the Next 2-4 Weeks

1. Commence in-lake data collection (Len - anything to update on Three Rivers schedule?)
2. Install monitoring equipment and commence run-off monitoring (Len - any updates on what you still need from MPCA, if anything?)
3. Bernie will be contacting Len to coordinate the overall sampling/monitoring schedule and set a date/time to meet with David and others
4. Sediment core sampling to be conducted in early to mid May
5. Posting project information on project webpage and establishing links form BCWMC and City webpages
