Challenge

Kimberly-Clark, a Fortune 200 personal care company, wanted to renovate a workspace into a high-tech electrical engineering lab that could both be easily expanded and help attract and retain key engineering talent.

The project team, which included SEH architects and engineers, designed an expandable lab space featuring an environmentally-sustainable drive room where engineers can collaborate using high-voltage and sensitive-drive equipment.
