SEH was hired to complete a campus-wide space needs program, building/site assessment, and campus master plan for this two-year community college located in Menasha, Wisconsin. The assessment was used to establish the design criteria for locating the new communication arts center on the existing 40 acre site. SEH completed design and construction services to build the 361-seat performing arts auditorium. LEED Silver Certification is targeted.
