This evaluation, performed by SEH for a private equity investment company, was based upon review of technical information provided by the developer, in-depth interviews, and a tour of the prototype demonstration site. Our evaluation included summary mass and energy balance, design plans, emissions reports; discussion on completeness of engineering documents provided; potential opportunities for efficiency improvement; and potential environmental regulatory compliance issues.
