SEH Services

• Full service environmental support during demolition, drilling investigation, and construction activities
• Responsible for site health and safety of Mn/DOT and SEH employees
• Drilling investigation to include approximately 100 borings to determine types and extent of environmental impacts for construction purposes and to allow for No Association Determinations for acquired parcels
• Prepared a Response Action Plan (RAP) for MPCA VIC approval
• Conducted environmental oversight during construction activities in impacted areas including field screening, sample collection, determination of extent of impacts, waste characterization, and manifesting of contaminated materials to off-site disposal locations
• Prepared NPDES permit application and monthly DNR sampling and reporting requirements
• Identified soils suitable for reuse or restricted reuse on-site
• Soil and waste profiling of potentially hazardous waste associated with tank removals, asbestos-containing materials and crystallized naphthalene
• Prepared reports documenting drilling investigation, demolition oversight and construction oversight activities
