This award-winning first of its kind project in the Twin Cities metropolitan area featured the Cities of Fridley, Golden Valley, and Hutchinson entering into a Cooperative Project Agreement to rehabilitate up to 1,750 feet of 8-inch and 4,680 feet of 12-inch trunk water main pipe with the City of Golden Valley acting as the contracting authority. Subsequent bid unit prices caused only Golden Valley to proceed with lining its 1,750 feet of 8-inch pipe along Boone Avenue. SEH will assist these three Cities rebid the remaining balance of their work during spring 2011.
