SEH designers assisted the City and downtown business leaders develop a vision and phased construction approach for a new multipurpose park. The main attractions will be a performance pavilion, spray-jet water feature, public gardens and rest-rooms. Extensive programming will provide downtown visitors and community members with a wide variety of year round activities and events in the heart of the community.
