Master plan for a new neighborhood planned around the re-creation of a historic downtown harbor. The master plan envisions the reconnection of downtown with Lake Vermilion, 300 new residences, 80,000 sq. ft. of new commercial space, and a riverfront promenade and trail. The team incorporated design standards for requiring Low Impact Development, stormwater management and LEED certified building design.
