SEH provided the City of Burnsville traffic and municipal engineering services for the installation of a new traffic signal system at Southcross Drive and Burnhaven Drive. Project scope also included mill-and-overlay design on Southcross Drive (between Burnhaven Drive and Grand Avenue), miscellaneous road and utility design modifications.
