• Reconstructed an at-grade signalized intersection to a full access grade-separated interchange
• Reconstructed 1.6 km (1.0 miles) of four-lane freeway with auxiliary and collector-distributor lanes
• Constructed 1.0 km (0.6 miles) of four-lane expressway
• Coordination with Federal properties including Veterans Administration Hospital, Bureau of Mines, Army Reserve
• and St. Paul, Minneapolis International Airport
• Constructed new drainage outlet to the Mississippi River
