SEH's Planning and Landscape Architecture Practice Center integrates land-use planning, cultural values, sustainability and design excellence to improve the physical character, economic, environmental and social environments of communities. Our work, ranging from comprehensive plans to public space design, uses LEED, Light Imprint New Urbanism and SmartGrowth strategies to help link a community’s new growth and development with its built heritage, reinforcing community pride and sense of stability through meaningful place-making and context-sensitive design.
SEH provides a multidisciplinary planning, design and development approach to help cities and towns shape their future. We are committed to a participatory problem-solving process and design charrette format that enlists the creativity of talented and motivated professionals working collaboratively with clients and community members.
