Our Community Planning team understands how the mix of land uses can work together to create an exciting, attractive and sustainable community. We work in partnership with elected and appointed officials, businesses and citizens to explore opportunities for renewing existing assets and creating new development. Once plans are adopted, we use our knowledge, expertise and experience to help identify and secure affordable financing to make the plans a reality.
