SEH's experience in preparing floodplain mapping and reports includes localized floodplain delineations, Flood Insurance Restudies, and Conditional Letter of Map Revision/Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR/LOMR) applications. SEH staff members have completed floodplain studies, including both hydrologic and hydraulic components for private, municipal, state, and federal clients. Studies include Flood Insurance Studies (FISs), evaluation of mitigation measures, floodplain analyses, and Physical Map Revisions (PMR). In addition, SEH employs FEMA trained Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Specialists who have a solid history of managing GIS data and GIS applications for floodplain mapping projects.

SEH maintains excellent relationships with former employees, who now work for FEMA contractors. These individuals are available to provide insight for critical issues that may arise during a project.
