SEH worked with the City of Crookston to develop a comprehensive flood risk management plan for the entire City. The plan included preliminary design, preliminary construction plans, estimates of construction cost, and a proposed construction schedule.
Armed with this information, SEH and Crookston representatives were able to provide funding agencies with shovel-ready projects that included thorough plans for design and construction cost estimates.
