Capital Campaigns

If you’re considering major building construction, renovation or addition, you may be in the market for a capital campaign to raise needed funds. SEH can help you determine if you have the capacity and “community will” to carry out a successful initiative to raise and leverage needed capital. Should you decide to move forward, we can team with you to manage your capital strategy.

Capacity/Capital Strategy

Before embarking on a capital campaign, it’s critical to determine if you have Board Members or investors in your organization, and well-connected volunteers willing to be part of the initiative.

Feasibility Study
If your organization has the capacity to take on a capital campaign, the next step is to take a realistic look at the chances for success. A feasibility study will assess the amount of capital you can expect to raise and help identify possible donors. The feasibility study usually involves interviews with donors and those who would generally support the initiative you are pursuing.
