Designs for a new two-story, 21,000 sq. ft office building to be constructed at the gateway to Chippewa Fall’s downtown and riverfront were unveiled by Mayor Greg Hoffman and the City Council on Tuesday night.


The Platte Valley Fire Station District's new facility is a five-year collaboration between the PVFPD and SEH that began in 2007 with facility programming, basic design, and preliminary budgeting. The new facility enables the PVFPD to more effectively serve 190 square miles of incorporated and unincorporated Weld County.


Today’s law enforcement centers reflect the fact that police officers are an integral part of their communities and require facilities that are welcoming to the public yet offer a high level of security.

SEH has hired Terry Willis as Senior Architect. Bringing experience in mixed-use development, public institutional projects and hospitality, Mr. Willis is a natural fit for the company’s Denver practice, which has a growing reputation for major mixed-use, transportation, school and hospitality projects in Colorado and Wyoming.


The Cheyenne Board of Public Utilities (BOPU) moved its operations into a new building on Snyder Avenue. The new building creates a one-stop service location by centralizing the water and sewer department’s Administration, Engineering, and Operations and Maintenance Divisions in one campus. Previously, water and sewer users may have had to visit multiple locations when conducting business with the BOPU.
