Over the past five years SEH has worked with the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT), and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to advance transportation improvements at the intersection of Trunk Highway 7 (TH 7) and Louisiana Avenue.


Another part of New Prague's construction season, a new walking trail along Highway 19, will be built over the next few weeks.


Envision ™ is a new rating system designed to promote sustainable infrastructure in the United States. SEH staff have been involved in helping shape this new tool over the past couple years. This is part two in a series providing background on the tool and its intended use. 


Jillene Fehrman, PE, has joined SEH's Madison, Wisconsin-based highway team.


Three senior SEH staff members were recently named Regional Practice Center Leaders.



The Transportation Revolving Loan Fund provides funding to state, local and other government entities. Eligible transportation costs include but not limited to: pre-design studies; acquisition of right-of-way; road and bridge maintenance, repair, improvement, or construction; enhancement items; rail and air safety projects; and transit capital projects.
