Shari Louis, senior proposal coordinator in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Shari's positivity, on a specific project, was the glue that held the team together and created an environment where they were "all in" to the end.
Brian Inglis, technician in Denver, Colorado.
Brian implemented a GIS-based inspection application to allow bridge inspectors to tag locations of the walls and attach a photo to the location, which created an inventory of the retaining walls on a project he was working on.
