The SEH Board of Directors named 10 new Class B Stockholders – Greg Anderson, Justin Black, Kathy Crowson, Susan Danzl, Nikki Farrington, Paulette Hedrington, Tara Krista, Mike Perez, Lindsey Roberts McKenzie and Jeremy Tomesh.
SEH is 100% employee-owned, and our employees are provided ownership opportunities and stock awards through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Class B Stockholders are eligible for additional stock awards and selected based on their continuous commitment to SEH's success and their sustained and high level of performance in their roles. They provide outstanding business leadership and/or technical leadership and are highly respected and trusted by their clients, colleagues and peers. Class B Stockholders are identified and recommended annually through employee-led selection committees, with final approval coming from the SEH Board of Directors.

Greg Anderson is a professional engineer and leads SEH’s civil engineering operations in southern Minnesota and Iowa. With SEH for 26 years, he has served as client service manager for some of SEH’s longest-standing clients, which speaks to his strengths with relationship building and customer service. Justin Black is a senior professional engineer and project manager. He has been with SEH for 21 years, has gained valuable experience throughout his career and is renowned for providing superb client service. Kathy Crowson is a professional engineer and leads the SEH water and wastewater groups in Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska and Virginia. She has provided leadership in the water and wastewater industry for 33 years and is highly regarded for her client service. Susan Danzl is a senior professional engineer with over 15 years of industry experience. She has led multidisciplined teams on diverse projects, including planning, evaluation, and the design and construction of wastewater facilities. Passionate about water quality and expanding her opportunities to provide better service, Susan is a member of the Water Environment Federation, Central States Water Environment Association and the Minnesota Wastewater Operators Association. Nikki Farrington is a senior professional engineer with 20 years of experience in transportation engineering projects, including design, planning and transit studies. She brings expertise in completing best practice handbooks and environmental documentation and facilitating and coordinating public involvement and agency coordination efforts. Paulette Hedrington has been with SEH for over 17 years and currently leads the water and wastewater group in Wisconsin and Indiana. Her experience is multi-faceted: leading teams, researching and helping to secure grants for our client's projects, as well as developing processes that ensure SEH business operations run as effectively as possible. Mike Perez is a senior professional engineer and leads the transportation design group in Colorado and Wyoming. He has been with SEH for 8 years and in the engineering industry for over 17 years. Mike is a senior project manager and highway design engineer with extensive experience designing and leading design teams primarily for the Colorado Department of Transportation and local agency projects. Lindsey Roberts McKenzie is a senior professional engineer, project manager and federal procurement lead. She has experience designing and managing large-scale civil engineering projects, including flood risk reduction systems, environmental restoration projects, inflow and infiltration mitigation projects and regional water quality studies. She is a member of the Society of Women Engineers, currently serving on the Society Board of Directors as society treasurer and served in multiple leadership roles at the local and society level.
