Cory Ascheman is a senior engineer and resident project representative with 18 years of experience in construction inspections of civil and transportation engineering projects. He has worked on construction inspection projects, including contract administration on local roadway projects, bridge construction, in-place bridge safety inspections, historic restoration and quality assurance/verification on large Minnesota Department of Transportation design-build projects. Lucas Casey is the director of sales and community development in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota. He has a professional background in city management and government relations and extensive experience in public and media relations. Nikki Farrington is a senior engineer with 19 years of experience in transportation engineering, including leading projects that involve design, planning and transit studies. She brings expertise in completing best practices handbooks and environmental documentation. She also facilitates and coordinates public involvement and agency coordination efforts. Perry Gjersvik is a senior engineer who provides world-class water, wastewater and public infrastructure engineering services to municipal, governmental and private clients. He has 35 years of expertise leading as a project engineer, project manager, local division manager and senior project manager. In addition, Perry manages the SEH Des Moines, Iowa office. Paulette Hedrington leads the water and wastewaster groups in Wisconsin and Indiana. She brings 16 years of experience working on water, wastewater, municipal projects, and community and economic development. Among other things, Paulette works alongside clients in finding funding solutions tailor-made for their projects, providing safe drinking water and clean water to our communities. Paul Jordan is a senior engineer with extensive bridge inspection and geotechnical engineering experience. His projects have ranged from nationwide bridge inspections and geotechnical design for bridges and highways to conducting site investigations for bridges, dams and buildings and providing aerial photograph interpretation for levee stability. Paul has significant design-build experience, which includes resolving quality and durability issues on multi-million dollar projects and has worked with multiple federal, state and municipal agencies. Scott Klinker is a senior professional land surveyor and survey crew chief. He has 30 years of experience with SEH providing services to municipalities, government agencies, developers, contractors and private clients, including Colorado Department of Transportation standards projects. Chris Larsen is a senior professional land surveyor with 19 years of experience in Public Land Survey System remonumentation, right-of-way plats, subdivision plats, registered land surveys and common interest community plats. He is experienced and knowledgeable in the interface and interaction of landowners and land developers with county land records systems and approval processes. Chris has coordinated with and provided expertise to various counties, agencies and entities.
Andrew Neiderhauser leads SEH’s Information Technology design technology group to help SEH and clients leverage technology and embrace digital transformation. He has over 10 years of A/E/C technology experience with data collection, design and visualization solutions that increase user efficiency and stakeholder collaboration. His responsibilities include supervising a team of technical specialists, strategic planning and budgeting, implementing new technology, technology education, and developing workflows and standards. Jana Nyhagen is a project manager and senior engineer with 19 years of environmental-related experience, primarily in drinking water, with a special interest in water tower maintenance. She is a National Association of Corrosion Engineers coating inspector (Level 1 - Certified). Jenna Obernolte is a senior engineer with 17 years of extensive experience in municipal engineering. Her work ranges from original concept to final construction. She has designed, inspected and managed projects that include sanitary and storm sewers, water mains, curb and gutter, sidewalks, trails, bituminous and concrete pavement and street lighting. Hillary Olson joined SEH in 2013, supervises seven professional proposal coordinators and works with client and project managers to position SEH to win work by producing client-focused proposals and interviews. Rachel Pichelmann is a senior engineer and certified floodplain manager with experience in hydraulic and hydrologic analysis and watershed modeling. Her project experience includes hydrologic and hydraulic modeling studies; flood risk management plans; dam failure assessments and emergency action plans; hydraulic designs for bridge, culvert and dam projects; drainage design for rural and urban projects; design of specialized hydraulic structures; and preparation of construction plans and specifications. Gary Randle leads the planning and landscape architecture group in Wisconsin and Indiana. He brings over 28 years of experience in managing infrastructure and community projects for agencies and communities across the state. His expertise includes assisting communities with funding and fostering relationships with local and regional agency offices to lead successful projects. Lindsay Reidt is a senior engineer with 13 years of experience in airport design and construction. Her responsibilities include project cost estimating, pavement design, construction plans and specifications, bidding documents and construction administration.
Bryan Tolcser is a professional wetland scientist and certified Minnesota wetland professional with 15 years of experience as a biologist and GIS specialist. His work and research experience includes wetland delineations, tree and vegetation assessments, GIS mapping and remote sensing of natural resources. Natalie White is a professional wetland scientist and Minnesota-certified wetland professional. She has 12 years of far-reaching experience in wetland plant ecology; wetland restoration and mitigation; wetland delineation and delineation review; monitoring and maintenance of native vegetation; threatened and endangered species surveys; and the development of conservation management plans.
