The SEH Board of Directors named four new Company Class B Stockholders—Kendall Dalton, Deric Deuschle, Scott Hotchkin and Sheila Olson
The Class B Stockholders were selected based on their continuous commitment to SEH's success and their sustained and successful job performance. They represent a high-level of business leadership or technical leadership, are respected and trusted by clients and well regarded by their peers. Meet our new Class B Stockholders:
Kendall Dalton is a registered professional engineer in our Denver, Colo. office and leads the Company’s Sales practice in Colorado and Wyoming. He joined SEH in 2015 and has more than 30 years of experience in program management, project management and engineering design. Kendall has managed multidisciplined engineering, architectural and environmental projects for municipal, federal, state and local government clients as well as private sector clients. He is a member of the Construction Specifications Institute, National Registry of Environmental Professionals, Institute of Hazardous Materials Management and Society of American Military Engineers. Deric Deuschle is a certified wetland delineator in our St. Paul, Minn. office and leads the Company’s natural resources practice in Minnesota, North and South Dakota, and Iowa. He joined SEH in 2000 and has more than 21 years of environmental consulting and ecological research experience. Deric provides project management and technical leadership for wetland services, biological surveys, environmental impact evaluations, and permitting. He is a member of Wetland Professionals Association, Society of Freshwater Science, and the Society of Wetland Scientists.
Scott Hotchkin is a registered professional engineer in our St. Paul, Minn. office and has 20 years of experience in transportation engineering. He has become a much sought-after expert in concept development, interchange design, corridor conversions and alternative intersection/interchange design. Scott has designed more than 50 interchanges in his career - ranging from locally led service interchanges to the large scale directional system interchanges. His project portfolio also includes the analysis and design of more than 150 roundabouts in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Colorado, Iowa and Indiana. Professional Engineer in IN, MN, SD, WI
Sheila Olson is a certified public accountant (inactive) who joined SEH more than 13 years ago in our St. Paul, Minn. office. In total, she has 31 years of experience in finance and accounting. She has nine direct reports and plays an instrumental role in leading and managing the accounting operations of the company. Sheila continues to play a lead role in further improving the Company’s accounting and reporting functions.
