Jason Chopp, PE*
Professional Engineer | Civil Engineering
Jason is a senior engineer, project manager, and client service manager with 23 years of experience in civil engineering. Since joining SEH in 2015, he has led infrastructure projects from planning through construction for public- and private-sector clients. His work helps communities’ advance transportation, recreation, utility, and municipal improvement projects. Known for pairing technical expertise with a client-focused approach, Jason builds strong relationships and helps clients move complex projects from concept to completion.

Dan Hinzmann, PE*, LEED AP®
Professional Engineer | Civil Engineering
With 18 years of experience at SEH, Dan serves as a client service manager and project manager focused on civil engineering, transportation, and water resources projects. His work helps communities maintain and improve critical infrastructure. He also plays a leadership role in SEH’s enterprise resource planning implementation, helping shape project management processes and tools that support employees, strengthen project delivery, and improve how teams serve clients. Dan is a member of the Minnesota Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Amber Prescott
Regional Practice Center Leader | Sales
Amber leads SEH’s Sales Practice Center in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming. With more than 20 years of experience building client relationships and supporting strategic growth, she focuses on understanding client needs and connecting them with the right SEH expertise across multiple markets. Amber is the Communications Committee Director for the International Facility Management Association, Public Sector Council.

Bryan Tolcser
Technology Deployment Manager | RAM Companies
Bryan serves as Technology Deployment Manager for RAM Companies, an SEH subsidiary, where he leads technology solutions that improve visibility, coordination, and operational efficiency. Before joining RAM Companies, he spent 21 years with SEH and brings extensive experience in technology, operations, and business systems. A member of the RAM Companies Board of Governors, Bryan works across teams to strengthen collaboration and business processes, helping employees work more effectively and supporting consistent, quality project delivery.
