Biometric Screening Resources

Living your best life means leading a healthy life –
physically and mentally.

In partnership with Healics, SEH is administering free, confidential screenings for employees and their spouses/domestic partners electing SEH health coverage. We encourage you and your spouse/domestic partner to participate not only for your health but the opportunity to receive $63.20 per month in Wellness Credit.

Consistent with previous years, in order to receive the $63.20 per month Wellness Credit, both the employee and their spouse/domestic partner on the SEH health plan must complete the biometric screening process.

Schedule your screening appointment. The deadline to sign up is Friday, July 22, 2022.

Screening dates vary by office location, which will take place from August 1 through August 31, 2022.

Additional appointments will not be added. Employees and spouses/domestic partners that do not sign up by the deadline may participate the day of the screenings if there is an open appointment.

Your results are confidential and are not shared with SEH or the insurance provider unless authorized by you, as mandated by Federal HIPAA laws.
