These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights available to individuals under applicable consumer protection or data protection laws in their country of residence.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
