We want to hear from you. Whether it’s a quick comment, a suggestion for improvement, or something we should keep doing – your feedback helps shape how we work together.

As a thank-you, each month we’ll randomly select one participant to direct a $100 donation to a charity of their choice.

 Here’s how it works:

• Complete the quick survey
• You’ll be automatically entered into that month’s drawing
• If selected, you’ll choose a charity to receive a $100 donation from SEH

A few quick notes:

• Charities must be recognized 501(c)(3) organizations
• SEH reserves the right to review and approve your selected charity to ensure it aligns with our community values
• Winners will be contacted directly by our team
