What was one thing about SEH that made it unique from others in the industry?
The team orientation around all SEH offices was outstanding. The best environment to grow your critical thinking and problem-solving skills is to work in an efficient environment while having the support and resources you need, and SEH was just that.
What was your biggest win or best moment during your internship?
The mentorship from experienced engineers was incredibly rewarding. They provided me with insights into industry practices and helped me refine my career goals.
Whether you get the internship or not, seek feedback from your interviews and applications. Use this feedback to improve your future applications and interviews. Every experience, successful or not, is an opportunity for growth. While at your internship, always seek feedback as well.

What was one thing about SEH that made it unique from others in the industry?
The dedication they had to teaching, emphasis on work-life balance, and positive culture stood out. Additionally, the work we did was really impactful and motivated me to go back to school and build on the knowledge I gained while working here.
