Erica Olsen, PE (CO), Amber Prescott and Steve Winters, PE (AZ, CO), are stepping into critical leadership roles for SEH in Colorado and Wyoming – increasing value for our clients through strategic growth, partnership and solutions, and helping the organization continue to expand by developing current and attracting new talent.
Erica Olsen will serve as regional practice center leader (RPCL) for SEH’s civil engineering group, Amber Prescott will serve as RPCL for the SEH sales team, and Steve Winters will serve as RPCL for SEH’s planning and land development practice.

Erica Olsen, RPCL, Civil Engineering
With SEH for eight years and in the industry for 18+ years, Erica’s civil engineering, project management and leadership experience is vast and diverse. She has partnered with many private, municipal and federal clients throughout the region, leading projects that range in size and scope. Erica cares deeply about innovation, finding the most efficient ways to serve her teams and clients, and creating a collaborative environment to empower the success of those around her.
As RPCL for civil engineering in Colorado and Wyoming, Erica will continue to fortify and broaden SEH’s civil engineering efforts. Born and raised in Colorado, and having focused her entire career in the Mountain West, she understands what makes the terrain, culture and people so unique – and beyond that, precisely what her clients need to plan and deliver infrastructure that lasts.

Amber Prescott, RPCL, Sales
Amber joined SEH in 2020 as director of business development for SEH subsidiary SEH Design|Build and has helped expand the team’s services and expertise – focusing on municipal, industrial, commercial and specialty sales. She has 20 years of strategic sales and business development experience, thriving as a result of building strong sales teams and always putting clients’ needs first.
As RPCL for sales in Colorado and Wyoming, Amber will prioritize fostering trust, credibility and confidence with SEH clients as the company expands in current areas and enters new ones. Amber was raised in Colorado and calls Denver home; she’s passionate about Building a Better World for All of Us® in partnership with the communities in this region.

Steve Winters, RPCL, Planning and Land Development
Steve joined SEH in 2003 as a graduate engineer and quickly worked his way up to engineering manager. In Steve’s two decades of experience, he has led a group of engineers in Durango as part of SEH's highway design practice and developed expertise in planning and land development; highway, utility and drainage design; construction inspection and administration; and project management.
As RPCL for SEH’s planning and land development efforts in Colorado and Wyoming, Steve will lead a team of dedicated civil engineers, planners and scientists serving public and private clients. One of his primary focuses will be growing the SEH planning and land development practice, and expanding our environmental services.
