SEH Board Appoints Alan Quintero as External Director

Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH^®) announced that its Board of Directors appointed Alan Quintero as an external director, effective immediately.

Quintero brings more than three decades of leadership experience across the construction, energy, and industrial sectors. He also brings significant board and governance experience, including current board service with an employee-owned company.

The SEH Board consists of nine individuals – seven internal directors and two external directors – who guide the organization’s strategic direction, policymaking, and governance.
