Top Workplaces recognizes the most forward-looking companies in the state based on employee feedback in the areas of engagement, organizational health and satisfaction.
This year’s analysis included responses from more than 79,000 employees at public, private and non-profit Minnesota organizations. Over 4,000 companies were invited to participate. Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention, conducted the survey and calculated composite scores that led to the Star Tribune’s Top Workplaces rankings.
