SEH Names Enterprise Market Leaders in Federal and Multimodal Sectors

SEH has promoted two long-time employee-owners and Principals – Lindsey Roberts McKenzie, PE*, and Heather Kienitz, PE* – into Enterprise Market Leader roles to help federal and multimodal transportation clients plan, design, and deliver infrastructure that meets evolving community and agency needs. These roles are key to guiding market strategy, aligning integrated project delivery, and connecting clients with the full range of SEH services.

As Enterprise Federal Market Leader (Department of Defense), Lindsey leads SEH’s strategy to help federal agencies achieve long-term infrastructure, budgeting, and regulatory goals. With 22 years of experience – including nearly 20 at SEH – she brings deep technical expertise in water resources, an extensive and successful history managing multi-year federal contracts, and a strategic mindset shaped by nearly two decades partnering with public-sector agencies. Lindsey is an active member of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and the Society of Women Engineers (SWE).

Heather will lead SEH’s multimodal strategy as Enterprise Multimodal Market Leader. She brings 27 years of experience in planning and designing transportation systems that integrate roadways, transit, and pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure. Known for advancing safe, equitable, and connected mobility, Heather partners with public agencies to align multimodal investments with broader community goals and infrastructure needs across all regions.
