Deric Deuschle, CWDP
Mobility Sector Leader
Deric joined SEH in 2000, and as a principal and regional practice center leader, he excels with 26 years of expertise in environmental review, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) studies, and multidisciplinary project management. He’s a certified Minnesota wetland professional (CWDP), providing technical leadership for pivotal environmental documents. Deric has recently led the regional natural resources practice and SEH’s drone program and services. As the mobility sector leader, Deric will provide forward-thinking guidance for natural resources, airport planning and design, structural engineering, and transportation practices.
Toby Muse, PE*
Civil and Construction Sector Leader
Toby is an SEH principal, client service manager, and senior project manager, leading civil engineering operations throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area. With over 23 years of experience, he has developed an extensive track record of skillfully guiding clients and technical service teams through project development stages of planning, design, and construction. He has been integral in delivering significant infrastructure projects that create safe and efficient trails, roadways, utility, and municipal transportation systems. Embodying leadership excellence, Toby will provide strategic guidance for civil engineering, construction services, and survey practices.

Sales Sector Leader
Randy is an SEH principal, wearing multiple hats as an experienced project manager and civil, water, and traffic engineer. Over the past year, he has guided the region’s sales and community development practices. With 22 years at SEH, he spent over a decade as a sales leader and has been instrumental in steering company growth and elevating the quality of services provided to clients. In his new role as sales sector leader, Randy’s scope includes sales, community development and funding, together with leading geographic expansion.

Chad Westbrook, PE*
Facilities and Water Sector Leader
Chad, an accomplished SEH principal and senior electrical engineer, has an impressive 27 years of experience. Over the past four years, he has led SEH’s mechanical and electrical practice. His leadership spans various facility types, from higher education to industrial, encompassing boiler and chiller systems, water and wastewater treatment, public works, and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA). Chad’s expertise centers on facility power distribution and generation systems, facility and outdoor lighting, fire alarm detection and notification, and communication and security systems. His leadership within the facilities and water sector will cover mechanical/electrical, architecture, planning and landscape architecture, environmental, water, wastewater, geotechnical, and water resources practices.
