SEH Announces Four New Regional Leaders Across Multiple States

Matt Bolf, Susan Danzl, Chris Larson, and Melanie Niday have been promoted to Regional Practice Center Leaders (RPCL). In their new positions, they will spearhead SEH's strategic partnerships and initiatives across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, and Texas, fostering growth and increasing value for clients.

Get to know the new Regional Leaders

Matt Bolf, PE* will lead the civil south engineering group, driving innovative and sustainable solutions across southern Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska. He joined SEH in 2000 and has over 24 years of experience in client service, project management, and design and construction engineering. Supporting SEH’s commitment to delivering high-quality results, Matt has adeptly managed diverse public, private, and industrial projects. He is a longtime member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
*Registered Professional Engineer in MN, WI

Susan Danzl, PE* is building on her 18 years of industry experience specializing in planning, evaluating, designing, and constructing wastewater facilities. She will serve as RPCL for the Wastewater Practice, focusing on expanding SEH’s wastewater capabilities. Passionate about water quality, Susan is a member of the Water Environment Federation, the Central States Water Environment Association, and the Minnesota Wastewater Operators Association.

Chris Larson, PE* is focused on enhancing water management services and will serve as RPCL for the Water Practice. Initially joining SEH in 2010, he specializes in developing, designing, constructing, and managing water treatment plants and system infrastructure. Active in the American Water Works Association Minnesota section, Chris dedicates his time and skills by serving as the manufacturers and associates committee’s competitions workgroup chair, which includes leading the local pipe tapping competition.

Melanie Niday, PG* will lead efforts to provide comprehensive environmental solutions as the RPCL for the Environmental Practice. With more than 36 years of experience as a project manager and hydrogeologist, Melanie has specialized in solid waste permitting and compliance. In addition, her expertise includes hydrogeological investigations, environmental assessments, and aquifer studies for water supply.  She is a long-standing participant in the Minnesota Groundwater Association and actively serves on solid waste regulatory advisory groups.
